Reason: Your Android sdk and JAVA Version are mismatching.
Solution: Need to download and install the latest for both update your android sdk and Java jdk to latest.
Or
Path of the installed version of jdk not correct in Environment variable1.
Or
install the Latest jdk in Programs Files not in Programs Files (x86).
Notes:
1:- Environment Variable:
On "My PC" right Click select Properties then "Advance System Settings" then
Environments Variable and search for "JAVA_HOME" under System Variable and edit value to path of jdk.
