If you want to bring any window on top and fix it position. Follow the steps.

1. Install AutHotkey by .exe file. Click here
2. Open Notepad and Paste (^SPACE:: Winset, Alwaysontop, , A) within parethesis line as file with .ahk extension.
3. Go to Program file > AutoHotkey folder in C Drive.
4. Paste AutoHotKey..ahk file into AutoHotKey folder.
5. Double click to open that and click yes for popup up.
6. Now Ctrl + Spcace to and current windows will set on top on desktop.
